The living room is equipped with a sofa, dining table and TV, and the full kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed (160cm x 200cm), a large wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. The cozy balcony is a great place to soak up the sun from early morning to late afternoon, and pets are allowed at owner's discretion. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Located in the popular Amsterdam neighborhood Oud-West, this apartment is suitable for one or two people. A stone's throw from the Vondelpark (650 meters), the Foodhallen, Leidseplein, trendy bars / restaurants, regular and organic supermarkets, trendy clothing stores and public transport. You can even walk to the Jordaan and the city center, and tram 7 and 17 stop just around the corner. The Jan Pieter Heijenstraat is a nearby hotspot street, with restaurants, bars, clothing stores, furniture stores, organic and Mediterranean supermarkets. You can enjoy good food in the Food Hallen and the Filmhallen (cinema) at the entrance of the TenKate market. The apartment is easily accessible from Schiphol and has easy connections to and from the highway. Just a 5-minute walk away is the Ten Katemarkt, a typical Dutch market, where you can buy fresh vegetables, cheeses and other local specialities. Please note that the monthly rental fee includes all bills, fees, and taxes, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances and utensils, and fresh linens and towels.
